Booking & Reservations
All rentals require advance booking. We recommend reserving items at least two weeks before your event date to ensure availability. Contact us to discuss your needs and confirm availability.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Final details can be adjusted up to one week before the event.
Care & Handling
All furniture and props must be handled with care. Please avoid placing items in direct sunlight or exposing them to excessive moisture. Use protective coverings when necessary.
Report any damage immediately upon delivery. Our team will assess the condition and work with you to resolve any issues.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery times are scheduled based on your event timeline. Our team will coordinate with you to determine the best delivery window. Setup assistance is available upon request.
Ensure your venue is accessible and ready for delivery. Clear pathways and adequate space are required for safe item placement.
Return & Collection
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Our team will collect items at the agreed time. Please ensure all pieces are accessible and ready for pickup.
Late returns may incur additional charges. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust the collection schedule.
Usage Guidelines
Furniture and props are intended for event use only. Do not modify, disassemble, or alter items without prior approval. Follow weight limits and usage instructions provided.
Keep items away from open flames, excessive heat, or harsh chemicals. Use appropriate cleaning methods if needed, and consult with us for specific care instructions.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than one week before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within one week may be subject to partial charges.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. We aim to be flexible while protecting our inventory.
