All rented furniture and props must be returned at the agreed collection time. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule the return pickup.

Items should be made accessible and ready for collection. Please ensure all pieces are in the same location and condition as when delivered.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear from appropriate use. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

Please report any issues immediately upon delivery so we can address them promptly. This helps ensure fair assessment of item condition.

Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional rental charges. If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss availability and terms.

Damage Assessment

Upon return, items will be inspected for damage. Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed, and charges will be discussed with you before processing.
